West Coast Whiskey

Distilled from 100% malted barley including crystal, chocolate, and roasted barley, and aged in small, charred American oak casks, this whiskey is smooth, complex, and intriguing.  The elements of inspiration from stout beer with chocolate, toast, and roast compliment the caramel and vanilla notes from the oak aging resulting in a delightful coffee note on the finish.  Enjoy neat or in a truly delicious old-fashioned or a Manhattan.
